Andrew detailed everything he was doing. He was realistic about the results. He was also accommodating and understanding since I lived farther away and had to drive through rush hour to get to his salon. My hair looks great when styled on the left, but it is not maintainable by me on an every day basis. I wanted the frizz gone. My ends have color, so those parts look damage, but Andrew explained that to me and I had expected it prior to agreeing to the treatment. The virgin parts of my hair came out so soft and straight! However, My hair isn’t super straight to the point where I can’t style it, and I really like that. I have layers in my hair so I think that helps with the malleability and volume appearance. I absolutely suggest that you go to him if you want straighter and less frizzy hair! 10 out of 5 stars!

Just moved here from NYC, Went to Mr. Kim for Japanese straightening based on reviews and I am soooo happy. A mom of two, very busy schedule, and always go for Japanese straightening, I can definitely let you know he is very knowledgeable and takes his time consulting and studying and treating your damaged curly dyed hair! If your hair can’t tolerate the chemicals he will tell you and not treat you. He has fair prices and discusses with you beforehand what to expect of your hair.
